The Job:

As a Supervisor, you will be part of our Operations Team ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our morning shift operations.

Your duties will include:

Supervising and coordinating the activities of the morning shift team.Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies.Monitoring workflow and productivity to meet production targets.Training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance.Addressing and resolving any operational issues that arise during the shift.Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.Collaborating with other supervisors and departments to optimize operations.

You Will:

Have previous supervisory experience in a Distribution / Operations environment.Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills.Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Be adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.Show a commitment to safety and quality standards.Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Have a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
