Desired Traits:

3 - 5 years of broad experience working in AWS, configuring accounts, services, rights, and permissions. Experience setting up and configuring Amazon Connect instances, including working with SSO and MFA setups. Experience with Call Center applications Solid understanding of operational and security principles as it relates to AWS and AWS Connect is important

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include working with architecture, internal staff, and business partners to design and develop SFGs AWS presence in support of our Customer Service Modernization initiative. Work with architecture and engineering to build out the necessary AWS and AWS Connect components to support the initiative. Help train internal staff on the support and operational specifics needed to ensure ongoing operation. Must be able to collaborate, communicate, and work effectively with different types of users and at all levels of the organization Work within a culture that demonstrates accountability, integrity, openness, and respect.
