Availability Requirements:

Flex-Time: Must be available 2 weekdays between Monday-Friday and 1 weekend day/evening between Saturday-Sunday. May be scheduled up to 8 hours weekly, with additional shifts offered based on store availability.

 

Job Responsibilities

As an Amazon Fresh Flex-Time Grocery Associate, your primary responsibility is to deliver an extraordinary grocery shopping experience for our customers. We’re seeking individuals who have a passion for customer service, a desire to continuously learn, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll choose your shifts weekly allowing you to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle. Your daily tasks will vary based on store needs, but some of your responsibilities may include: 

Customer Engagement: Greet customers, engage in friendly conversations, and ask about their shopping needsProduct Knowledge: Offer customers product recommendations and provide information to help them make product-related decisionsOrder Fulfillment: Pick items to fulfill customer grocery orders for pickup and deliveryCheckout Operations: Use cash register to ring up customer transactions and assist customers in self-service checkout lanesReturn Processing: Receive and process in-store and Amazon.com returnsFresh Food Preparation: Prepare fresh food items such as cold salads, pizzas, rotisserie chickens, and sandwichesStore Presentation: Stock shelves and produce, set up merchandise displays, and maintain a cleanly sales floorInventory Management: Unload product deliveries and organize stockroom
