The studio collaborates with top-tier clients to deliver innovative and sustainable retrofit projects across commercial, mixed-use, and cultural sectors. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a team on key retrofit projects throughout all stages. Conceptualise and develop design ideas. Produce planning and technical information using Revit. Manage projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget. Maintain strong client relationships and manage communication. Coordinate with external consultants and authorities. Oversee the production of drawing information.

Qualifications:

Part III qualified or equivalent with a strong academic and professional background. Demonstrated interest in adaptive reuse and sustainability. Exceptional portfolio showcasing critical thinking, thorough design analysis, and strong presentation skills. Excellent communication skills and a passion for your work, with a desire to advance your career. Client-facing and project management experience (for senior architects). Proficiency in Revit is preferred but not essential.
