They will ensure claim edits and payer rejections are worked on a daily basis in the clearinghouse. This position will extract key reporting from the clearinghouse to optimize productivity when working through rejections. They will report directly back to the director any trending issues that require immediate attention. This includes updates to the EMR dictionaries, requesting bridge routines, and building account checks. The Ambulatory Billing Manager is responsible for evaluating employee work performance, timekeeping, and productivity monitoring; plans, organizes, coordinates and supervises the staff and day-to-day operations. **Job Requirements** **Minimum Education Requirement :** Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred. **Minimum Experience Requirement :** Five (5) years of experience managing Revenue Cycle/AR collections in a professional/ambulatory healthcare environment. Five (5) years of experience with ICD10, CPT/HCPCS and revenue codes, NCCI edits CMS billing regulations and healthcare reimbursement. Excellent customer service skills required.
