IU Health is currently seeking an engaging and innovative leader, who is results-driven and inspired by meaningful work. The Ambulatory Clinical Operations Manager will provide oversight of the Primary Care Clinic - Spencer, located in Spencer, IN with occasional travel to Gosport, IN. This manager will lead approximately 30 direct reports. They will assist in the vision and execution of this busy clinic’s strategic plan, including program development, change management, and implementation as well as oversight of budget, patient and team member experience and staffing. Requires a high level of interpersonal; problem solving and analytical skills. Requires Bachelors degree in Nursing at time of hire effective February 24, 2013. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Basic Life Support certification required.
