Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks Primarily Monday – Friday, hours typically between 8am – 5pm On-site position, primarily working out of CentraCare - Plaza Travel to other sites requiredPay and Benefits:
Starting pay $112,010.65 per year, exact wage determined by years of related experience Salary range: $112,010.65-$168,026.66 per year Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate Full-time benefit eligible | Benefits Guide Retirement with matching, up to 7.5%Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in nursing required Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Minnesota required At least 5 years of experience in a health care nursing management related position required, preferably in a clinic setting Recent experience in an ambulatory clinic setting with Epic/ EHR experience preferred A valid Minnesota driver’s license, a driving record in good standing, and the minimum amount of insurance liability coverage required Strong knowledge of nursing practice and nursing administration; strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and professional standards; and strong change management skills required Demonstrated management skills including leadership, communication, team building, organization, and strategic planning Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills Problem-solving and organizational skills to plan and develop the standards of nursing practice within the clinic Familiarity with data analysis and data use in quality measures Orientation will be given to obtain desired entry-level competence in lieu of experienceDepartment Information:
