Under supervision of the Senior Pharmacy Supervisor, you will perform a range of functions that are related to medication profile review, clinical interventions, procurement of medications and transitions of care.

 

You will:

Help the Senior Pharmacy Supervisor in directing the team Cultivate and model a collegial, professional, cooperative relationship with pharmacy staff, medical professionals, support, and administrative staff. You will: Demonstrate effective, innovative problem-solving Adapt to the challenges of a rapidly changing health care environment Advance a patient-centric focus to treat illness with integrity, innovation, and commitment

 

Schedule: Varied shifts, depending on department needs, including weekends and holidays.

Hourly Salary Range: $85.87 – $100.58 (Union represented, step based salary depending on years of experience)
