Ambulatory Trainer Position Summary 

The Trainer provides initial and ongoing training and support for applications including but not limited to MyChart, MyChart Bedside, and Hello World to support the Information Services departments digital strategy. The trainer will provide on-site elbow support, go-live support, and serve as a resource for end users.  

We will be selecting 2 candidates to hire for this position.

Ambulatory Trainer Position Requirements  

Education

High School graduate or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Licensure/Certification

Epic Credentialed Trainer or must obtain within 60 days of hire.

Experience

3 years of experience with an electronic medical record required; Epic preferred. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required. Previous experience in training, instruction or adult learning a plus.

Ambulatory Trainer Work Schedule

M-F 8am-4pm position is hybrid - approximately 40% on site and 60% remote

Ambulatory Trainer Benefits 

At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
