Ear Nose and Throat Care North is located at 8040 Clearvista Pkwy in Indianapolis, IN. The Ambulatory Triage LPN is responsible for addressing patient's condition/symptoms virtually, giving appropriate clinical direction, education, and recommendation(s) for disposition. **Exceptional Skills and Qualifications** + Vocational / Technical Degree (Required) + Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA) (Required) + One to two years of ambulatory and/or triage experience in a clinical setting (Preferred) + Possesses knowledge of necessary computer systems including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and network electronic medical records (EMR). + Supports the mission, vision and PRIIDE values of Community Health Network. + Utilizes critical thinking skills, education, mentoring, guidance, and interventions to achieve goals of care virtually. **Why Community?** At Community Health Network, we build teams that deliver exceptional care through empathy, communication and collaboration.
