About this position岗位介绍

The AME engineer is the designer and process method leader of the entire production line. He/she needs to follow the APTIV design guidelines to optimize the manufacturing system in the early stages of the project. In the middle stage, he/she is responsible for tracking the ramp up work after mass production on site, assisting the production department in achieving efficiency goals, and in the later stage, targeted efficiency improvement is carried out for the entire production line to achieve the OI indicators and quality goals of the entire project

AME工程师是整条产线的设计者及工艺方法的负责人，需要在项目前期遵循安波福设计准则对制造系统进行最优化设计，中期负责现场跟踪量产后的爬坡工作，协助生产部达成效率目标，后期针对整个产线进行针对性的效率提升，以实现整个项目的OI指标和质量目标

Responsibilities and duties 岗位职责

Participate in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes and testing equipment for wire harness products before landing

参与线束产品落地前的制造工艺及测试设备的设计、开发、优化；

Responsible for technical feasibility and manufacturing feasibility analysis, cooperating with product engineers to participate in new process development work;

负责技术可行性与制造可行性分析，配合产品工程师参与新工艺开发工作；

The definition of the trial production process flow for the prototype in the early stage of the project, the production of process documents, and the analysis and resolution of process problems during the trial production process;

项目前期样件的试制工艺流程定义、工艺文件制作、试制过程中工艺问题的分析与解决；

Responsible for production line layout planning, standard working hours/personnel/equipment calculation, and production line construction;

负责产线Layout规划、标准工时/人员/设备计算、产线搭建；

Divide the Kit Breakdown workstations and continuously improve process methods;

进行Kit Breakdown工位划分并持续进行工艺方法改善；

Write PFMEA, MBOM, process specifications, etc. according to product process requirements;

根据产品工艺需求编写PFMEA，MBOM，工艺规范等；

Responsible for tracking and resolving issues on the production line before mass production, improving efficiency after mass production, and providing audit support;

负责产线量产前的问题跟踪解决及量产后的效率提升，审核支持；

Follow and support policy, target and procedure of EHS, and supervise environment protection during production operation. Energy saving, reduce waste. Comply with regulatory requirements. Protect employees' health & safety.EHS政策、方针、目标及程序，配合监督实际生产运营中的环境保护。节约能源，减少废弃物。符合国家法规的规定。保障员工的健康安全。
