WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Provide continual inter-departmental communications to enhance Tax CoE effectiveness in dealing with critical Client or Region service issues. Demonstrates leadership skills that support the organizational goals, values and mission through effective, frequent communication with on-shore operations to ensure consistent process, procedures and service levels are delivered. Establishes department and individual goals and objectives to develop a cohesive, responsive, and responsible department. Communicates progress through department meetings and performance reporting and planning. Ability to consistently motivate and improve the overall associate experience Create/maintain a positive learning environment that supports associate growth Mediate any interpersonal issues; conflict management Maintain a high level of knowledge and proficiency in Tax process Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities including team briefings and other trainings The ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently and make sound decisions Review all procedural alerts and provide updates/instructions to the organization and act as a technical resource for the department. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving all 3 critical aspects ( A - Associate , B - Business & C - Clients) to help the business succeed. Assistant Managers need to ensure the planning and execution of the goals in line with the vision of the department and the organization.
You will be responsible for managing a team of service consultants & Account Managers who help our clients manage their businessâ¯using our solutions, which could include troubleshooting and probing to resolve payroll issues.
Ensure any subsequent escalation calls, client complaints, concerns and feedback is shared with the Account Managers
Might also involve partnering with multiple business units and teams for troubleshooting and delivering a seamless client experience and suggest any improvements thereof.
To be able to thrive in this position, You are expected to be results-oriented with excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, ability to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally. Also required are Proven planning and time management skills with the ability to deal with multiple demands.
