The America’s Federal Field & Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, demand, and pipeline for DataRobot’s AI platform. The role will sit on the Global Demand Generation team and collaborate closely with Federal sales leaders and the greater marketing team to plan and implement campaigns that increase awareness and engagement and ensure pipeline targets for the region are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with Federal sales leaders to understand key objectives to establish appropriate marketing strategies to build pipeline
Build, plan, and execute an integrated marketing plan for the Federal segment to reach buyers and drive demand within the Civilian, Defense, or Intelligence community
Create a culture of success on the field and partner team, with goal achievement and high-quality end-user experience as a focus
Monitor and analyze performance across qualitative and quantitative results such as deal registration, SQLs, SAOs, pipeline, pipeline acceleration, and partner engagement
Monitor industry trends and activities within the Federal ecosystem of competitors, partners, and Systems Integrators
Manage market segment budget, accurately estimate costs, and manage execution of field and partner activities
Collaborate with digital and campaigns team to build requirements for segment-based activities and digital execution
Collaborate with PR team in order to obtain byline articles in relevant industry publications to drive brand awareness within target organizations
Help track & report results and act as an escalation point/consultant for the Business Development Representative (BDR) team
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
3-5 years of experience in a B2B Federal Field/Channel Marketing or Integrated campaign role, ideally for an enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or technology company
5+ years of field marketing experience in an enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or technology company
Project management and organizational skills with the ability to execute marketing programs from planning, conceptualization, execution, through to measurement
Experience with digital marketing tactics and best practices
Experience with organizing local and regional events
Outstanding communication and creative thinking skills with a growth mindset
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Strong time-management skills
Nice to have:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
