Gallagher, you would be responsible for driving and implementing the inclusion and diversity strategies across the Americas region and aligned with the Company’s overall vision. Your role would involve collaborating with various stakeholders to foster an inclusive workplace culture that values diversity and promotes equity. Below is a potential job description for this position: How you'll make an impact Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development and Implementation: Develop and execute the I&D strategy for the US & Americas region in alignment with global I&D objectives in partnership with the Global Director of Inclusion & Diversity Identify and implement initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture, aligned to Gallagher’s pillars of Culture, Talent, and Community Continually review inclusion, diversity and employee experience emerging developments, trends and best practices, identifying strengths, gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and business units to integrate I&D principles into business practices. Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on I&D matters to various stakeholders. Partner with our Gallagher Connect Partner (GCP) team to align our division strategy to the GCP strategy and the Global Director of I&D in alignment with our Global I&D priorities Represent GGB Americas in Global Governance Meetings to provide updates on progress against Divisional Goals and priorities Program Management: Design and manage programs and initiatives that support diversity recruitment, retention, Education, and advancement. Oversee regional I&D committees and various diversity initiative groups throughout the Division. Training and Development: Partner with our Learning and Development team to deliver training programs to educate employees on I&D topics, including unconscious bias, cultural competency, and inclusive leadership in partnership with L&D and Global I&D Leadership Facilitate workshops and discussions to promote awareness and understanding of I&D issues. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze diversity metrics and trends to assess the effectiveness of I&D initiatives. Prepare and present reports on I&D progress and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders. Work with the data and analytics team to build dashboards and leadership reports measuring I&D effectiveness. External Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with external organizations and networks to enhance Gallagher's I&D efforts aligned with Corporate partnerships/sponsorships Represent Gallagher at industry events and forums related to inclusion and diversity. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to diversity and inclusion. Stay informed of industry best practices and emerging trends in I&D. About You Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 7 years of related experience Proven experience in leading inclusion and diversity initiatives within a large organization, preferably in a financial services industry. Strong understanding of I&D principles, practices, and legal requirements. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience with data analysis and reporting related to I&D metrics.
