We're seeking an individual to join as an Assistant Executive Project Manager. The Americas Large Capital Projects -Assistant Executive Project Manager role offers a unique opportunity to support the Large Capital Project Executive Management Team in applying strategic commercial insights to the Americas Portfolio of Projects.

This is a Director level position within Construction Management, which designs, sources, and oversees all construction projects from start to finish, as well as coordinating office moves and new space readiness.

This role is responsible for support of various aspects of the end-to-end process of project delivery in the Americas, including but not limited to:
- Project strategy, feasibility, and planning.
- Leasing inputs (relating to alterations provisions, etc)
- Design input and coordination.
- Macro scale scheduling.
- All construction phases.
- Project close-out and hand off to operational teams.
- Adherence to stage gates governance processes for the above.

You will work directly with the Americas Large Capital Project Management Team Head, Sub-Regional Heads, and the Executive Project Managers to support key initiatives critical to the long-term success of the organization.


What you'll do in the role:

- Support in the development of strategic commercial options within the project management function and service delivery within the Americas portfolio.
-Develop creative and innovative project management solutions to maximize service delivery and client needs.
-Work with stakeholder partners to streamline and standardize formal approval processes and presentations.
-Assist in the development of project briefs into full project specifications in conjunction with stakeholder partners as needed.
- Detailed review and creation of PL analyses for capital only spend projects.
- Creation and implementation of lessons learned and best practice presentations and procedures.
- Assistance in the creation of high level capital plan budgets and schedules, monthly maintenance thereof.
- Analysis of floorplans and seat utilization metrics.
- Coordinate gathering analysis of data to assist in the identification of gaps, risks and issues. And create implement solutions, mitigation, and contingency plans.
- Creation of maintenance updates to tools and templates.
- QA/QC review of management team documents.
- High level analysis of real estate RFPs and leases against standard lease requirements.
- Demonstrate an ability to read, understand and apply standard documents affecting real estate projects, including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings.

- Assist in gathering of data and analysis for Global initiatives as required by Global Capital Projects Head.

- Track progress of regional goals objectives.

- Contribute and adhere to Global reporting requirements including but not limited to required stage gate process documentation coordination with stakeholders as required.

What you'll bring to the role:

- 4-6 years of experience in Project Management in all aspects of corporate fit-out programs.
- Strong graphic presentation skills and abilities in PowerPoint; Advanced proficiency in Excel data analysis skills; Proficiency in MS Projects, Acrobat, Visio, BOXI.
- Strong understanding of real estate PL and amortization principle (Financial experience and ability to run PL is a plus).
- Understanding of the Real Estate and Project Management lifecycle and principles.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and to drive change.
- Strong desire to achieve individual, team, and client success.
- Articulate and persuasive written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly form lasting effective working relationships.
