To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for a Paid Search Program Manager to help us do extraordinary things. Apple Retail is looking for a search engine marketing professional to join our worldwide team of digital marketers. The successful candidate will help manage the Search Marketing program, with a focus on our Paid Search and Shopping programs across the Americas (US, Canada, Latin America). Our team is responsible for driving sales of all of the iconic products available at Apple.com and in our stores, as well as driving awareness around Apple’s Retail programs and value propositions across the region.DescriptionDescriptionOur team owns the conception, planning, and execution of Paid Search marketing campaigns that drive a significant portion of Apple’s traffic and revenue. We know that Paid Search presence is a critical extension of Apple’s marketing - and needs to be at the same level of quality as how we design our products. We work with many key partners across the Apple organization, including Brand, Product Marketing, Analytics, Legal, and Finance. The Americas Paid Search Program Manager will: - Provide hands-on management of Americas search engine marketing program, from planning to tactical execution (set up, launch, tracking) of Search and Shopping (PLA) campaigns across Google and Bing. - Track cost, traffic and revenue performance against weekly and quarterly goals, and optimize to improve value based on performance - Evaluate opportunities against financial goals and brand fit, testing as appropriate. - Stay ahead of the latest developments in the search engines, digital marketing landscape, and industry tools.Minimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications4+ years of experience managing Paid Search / SEM programsAn in-depth understanding of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign management and optimization practicesProficiency in Microsoft ExcelAbility to work well independently as well as part of a cohesive, high-performing teamKey QualificationsKey QualificationsPreferred QualificationsPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s DegreeGoogle Ads certification and experience with Bing AdsMarin, Adobe, Doubleclick, SA360 or Kenshoo bid management system experienceIn-house management of Search Marketing and/or e-Commerce experience is a plusAttention to detail with strong organizational and time management / prioritization skillsExperience managing and optimizing product feedsExperience with account re-organization and full understanding of how to best segment keywords, match types and audiences.Spanish, Portuguese or French language skills not required, but would be helpfulEducation & ExperienceEducation & ExperienceAdditional RequirementsAdditional RequirementsPay & BenefitsPay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $108,200 and $165,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
