What this job involves –

The Workplace Experience Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of facilities and experience-focused services for a key account. This role manages soft services, amenity programming, customer experience training, and operations. The manager leads a regional service delivery team, implementing integrated services that enhance the workplace experience for the client's employees and guests. This client-facing position requires exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Your day-to-day tasks will include -

Consulting with the Account Manager and Facility Management Regional FM on workplace experience programsOverseeing operations, staffing, performance, and development of service delivery staff in the assigned regionCollaborating with all levels of the client organization to ensure excellence in service deliveryDeveloping and managing operating expense budgets and advising on capital expense budgetsImplementing short and long-term projects for the clientDeveloping and executing annual management plans to meet key performance indicatorsManaging vendor contracts and performanceEnsuring compliance with client and company policies and audit standardsDeveloping innovative programs to reduce costs and increase productivityEngaging in continuous improvement and innovation through business intelligence and best practices

Desired experience and technical skills -

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management or Hospitality ManagementMinimum of five years of food services experienceStrong leadership, organizational, and management skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn PC and web-based applicationsSelf-motivated with a strong sense of customer service and professionalism

Preferred:

Experience in hospitality or customer serviceKnowledge of real estate and facilities soft servicesExperience in matrix management organizationsStrong belief in teamwork and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExperience with budget management and financial reportingFamiliarity with vendor management and contract administrationKnowledge of Minority/Women-owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) initiatives

Estimated total compensation for this position:

140,000.00 – 150,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
