Our data center construction team is dedicated to delivering the highest quality data centers for our cloud services. As we continue to revolutionize the way construction projects are planned, managed, and executed, we are seeking to fill the role of AMERs East Construction Quality Manager to join our diverse and inclusive team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the high standard and reliability of our product.   

The AMERs East Construction Quality Manager is responsible for implementation of the construction quality program across all Microsoft sites.  They will utilize industry best practices and lessons learned to implement a quality management program to ensure site teams adhere to project parameters and meet the highest standards of performance, functionality, and safety.     

The AMERs East Construction Quality Manager will collaborate with our construction, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure that our quality tools and processes fit the needs of the business and are continuously improved to deliver best in class performance on our Data Center build projects.   

The AMERs East Construction Quality Manager reports directly to the AMERs East Construction Quality Director and works across the regions to ensure consistency and continuous improvement in the QAQC (Quality Assurance and Quality Control) program.
