We are seeking a dedicated AML Analyst to support our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) efforts by filing Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs). Key Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough investigations and analysis of transactions to identify suspicious activities. • Prepare and file STRs in accordance with regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all investigations and filings. • Stay updated on AML regulations and best practices to ensure compliance. • Assist in the development and implementation of AML policies and procedures. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in AML compliance, with a focus on STR filing. • Strong analytical and investigative skills. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Proficiency in using AML software and tools. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
