Beacon Hill Legal is assisting an AmLaw 100 firm in seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join their group in Miami. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of business litigation experience, including taking and defending depositions, drafting substantial dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions. (Experience with FINRA is a plus). Must be fluent in Spanish, admitted to the Florida Bar, and possess excellent academic credentials.
