Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Ammonia Refrigeration Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure production uptime. This role involves conducting boiler and refrigeration checks, overhauling and updating equipment, and performing electrical, welding, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair work. The technician will also be responsible for all other duties as assigned.

Work Environment
The work environment includes high noise levels, varied temperatures (warm to cold), slippery floors, moving equipment, and dust. Appropriate PPE and other equipment are necessary or required. The work schedule involves a 5 on 4 off, 3 on 2 off rotation, ensuring 40 hours per week with 30 hours of straight time and 10 hours of overtime every other week. The 2nd shift runs from 1 PM to 11:30 PM, with either Monday-Wednesday and rotating weekends or Wednesday-Friday and rotating weekends.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $51272.00 - $62628.00
