Job Description
As an Ammonia Refrigeration Technician, you will troubleshoot and repair all components of industrial ammonia refrigeration systems. You will work with various equipment, including screw and reciprocating compressors, evaporative condensers, intercoolers, sub-coolers, evaporators, pumps, recirculating packages, and packaged air handling units. You will also perform planned maintenance on all components of industrial refrigeration systems.
ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair all components of industrial ammonia refrigeration systems.Work with screw and reciprocating compressors.Repair evaporative condensers, intercoolers, and sub-coolers.Maintain and repair evaporators and pumps.Handle recirculating packages and packaged air handling units.Perform planned maintenance on all components of industrial refrigeration systems.Essential SkillsExperience in refrigeration and HVAC systems.Proficiency with ammonia refrigeration systems.Knowledge of compressor systems, condensers, air handlers, and cooling towers.Holding a refrigeration license.R.E.T.A. certification.Additional Skills & QualificationsTWIC Card.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $108160.00/yr.
$40 - $52 / hour
