As a AMO Quality Control Inspector, you'll be entrusted to perform all quality inspections. Such as visual dimensional and NDE inspection on parts, assemblies, and subassemblies. You'll ensures safe and reliable AMO repairs are delivered to global AMO organization.
 

As a AMO Quality Control Inspector, you'll be responsible for:
 

Performing inspection/testing of specialized products, parts, assemblies, and subassemblies and verifies specialized testing result as required.

Initiating non-conformance reports on all products, parts, assemblies, and subassemblies that are not to do with drawing and print specifications.

Assuring that the AMO unit meets quality control procedures, engineering specification and customer requirement.

Initiating corrective actions when conditions / deviations adverse to quality are repetitive in nature.

Initiating corrective action and preventive measure to ensure quality practices are in place and align with AMO process.

Maintaining records, inspection logs and files for inspection and testing work. This includes completing inspections and distributes all quality record and documents

Participating in Quality Audits, develop audit checklists, root cause analysis review boards, and corrective action systems.


Fuel your passion
 

To be successful in this role you will:
 

Have Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Have 2 – 3 years’ experience in quality inspection.

Have ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings and relevant Quality procedures in English.

Have experience working with measuring instruments and gauges.

Show a working knowledge and the ability to perform Visual and Dimensional inspections.
