Amplifon Records Graduate Program will start in March 2025 and finish by September 2026.

 

This opportunity provides a permanent contract from day 1 and is a career accelerator program with an international rotation during the first 18 months. 

Pre-Applications are reserved for candidates who will get their master's degree in 2025, the selection process will officially start in Autumn/Winter 2024/2025.

THE JOURNEY

 

1st month – Induction @Milan, HQ: during the first month, you will be involved in ad-hoc trainings to make sure you have all the support, tools and opportunities to grow and succeed. You will learn more about the fast-growing global market we operate in and the meaningful values that nurture our company.   6 months – Two Assignments @Milan, HQ: in the following six months you will have the chance to explore your department of interest, approaching two different teams and challenging yourself with a Sustainability project designed within the company or the Amplifon Foundation.  12 months – International Assignment: now that you know the heart of our company, you are ready to spread Amplifon values around the world. Land in one of the 26 countries we operate in, depending on your career path and area of development.  Graduation: after 18th months, you will be ready to graduate and contribute to the company's growth by making the difference.
