**Job Title: Veterinary Anaesthetist** **Location: Anderson Moores Veterinary Specialists, Hampshire** **Job Type: Permanent. Part-Time** **Hours: 3 days per week, 1:4 weekends and 1 night per week on-call. Days/hours can be flexible** We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Anaesthetist to join our team of three ECVAA diplomates and two ECVAA residents. The successful candidate will work with us to provide anaesthesia and pain management for our medical and surgical caseload and will have an interest in chronic pain. Qualifications: + Eligible to work in the UK and MRCVS + Board certification or eligibility in Veterinary Anaesthesia and Analgesia (e.g., ACVAA, ECVAA). + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. + Commitment to providing high-quality patient care. We have an on-site MRI (Phillips 1.5T), CT (64-slice Siemens Somatom Perspective), two Ultrasound machines (GE S8 and S7), Fluoroscopy (Philips Zenition 50) and digital radiography (stationary and mobile FUJI DR systems). We have a new MRi (Phillips 1.5T) being installed in April 2025. You can find us in Hampshire, just south of Winchester, close to the M3 and national and international transport links. We are in a serene countryside setting with state-of-the-art facilities and are available to look after pets 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
