Responsibilities:

Consolidating and analyzing the financial information of the cost centers (budget, act and forecast), monitoring values to identify deviations and analyzing the result in order to achieve the expected profitability objective.

Controlling the costs of the productive consumption required for operations, as well as analyzing the variations and distortions found when calculating the costs of each business line.

Analyzing reports involving costs and/or related information.

Supporting the manager in drawing up the annual CAPEX, OPEX and PAT budgets for the company's operational sectors, monitoring the costs of each project in relation to the approved budget and investment.

Consolidating and making available information involving employees' technical qualifications, as well as resources for maintaining these qualifications.

Consolidating demands and launching general purchases for the company's production departments.

Identifying and signaling to their manager opportunities for improvement or innovation in their sector, working on technological research activities and the development of technological innovation related to their area of activity.

Supporting the updating of KPIs that are shared with Headquarters, as well as their impact analysis.

Higher education completed (desirable in Engineering, Administration, Economics and/or Accounting).

Previous experience in the position.

Proficiency in Portuguese (verbal, writing and reading).

Intermediate English (will be assessed at interview).

Responsabilidades:

Consolidar e analisar as informações financeiras dos centros de custos (budget, act e forecast), com o monitoramento de valores para identificação de desvios e análise do resultado para atingimento do objetivo de lucratividade esperado.

Controlar os custos do consumo produtivo necessário para operação, bem como realizar análises, quando da apuração dos custos de cada linha de negócios, as variações e distorções constatadas.

Analisar os relatórios envolvendo custos e/ou informações correlatas.

Apoiar o gestor na elaboração do orçamento anual de CAPEX, OPEX e PAT dos setores operacionais da empresa, com o acompanhamento dos gastos de cada projeto em relação ao budget e investimento aprovado.

Consolidar e disponibilizar as informações que envolvam qualificação técnica dos colaboradores bem como recursos para manutenção dessas qualificações.

Consolidar as demandas e lançar as compras gerais para os departamentos produtivos da empresa.

Identificar e sinalizar a seu gestor oportunidades de melhoria ou inovação em seu setor, atuar em atividades de pesquisa tecnológica e desenvolvimento de inovação tecnológica relacionadas à sua área de atuação.

Apoiar na atualização dos KPI´s que são compartilhados com a Matriz, bem como sua análise dos impactos.

Requisitos:

Candidatos internos, atentar-se a Regra de Ouro.

Ensino Superior Completo (desejável em Engenharia, Administração, Economia e/ou Ciências Contábeis).

Prévia experiência na função.

Proficiência em Português (verbal, escrita e leitura).

Inglês intermediário (será avaliado na entrevista).
