Seu papel será:

Atuar como suporte técnico N2 e N3 para gerenciamento de incidentes. Trabalhar como parte da equipe de TI local, dando suporte a todas as solicitações de integração e transferência. Suporte a todos os serviços relacionados ao gerenciamento do ciclo de vida, gerenciamento de ativos, gerenciamento de licenças e gerenciamento de acesso do usuário para software e hardware de usuários finais.Gerenciamento de Incidentes, incluindo: Formatação de computadores; Instalação de softwares, Suporte básico em Hardware, Gerenciamento de Fila de Incidentes

Formação Superior Completa na área de TIInglês intermediárioExperiência prévia em Suporte TécnicoCertificações Microsoft e ITIL serão consideradas diferenciais
