Responsabilidades clave:

Proporciona soporte entre las Plantas, el área de Crédito y el cliente para asegurar que nuestra facturación está debidamente soportada y nuestros servicios puedan pagarse oportunamente.

Responsable de la carga de facturas en los portales del cliente, entrega de facturas físicamente a los clientes que así lo requieran y seguimiento a la evidencia de recibo de materiales con las áreas de calidad del cliente.

Implementa controles sobre emisión de notas de crédito, cancelaciones y sustituciones de facturas.Asegura que el Módulo de facturación, el PAC y el SAT concilien correctamente de acuerdo con los CFDIs emitidos.

Cualificaciones:

Carrera en Contabilidad o finanzas indispensable

Conocimiento completo del ciclo de facturación completo.

Conocimiento actualizado de los requisitos fiscales que debe cumplir la emisión de documentos fiscales de acuerdo al anexo 20 SAT

Experiencia en elaboaración de conciliaciones mensuales y vinculación en la emisión de CFDIS.

Microsoft Excel (tablas pivote, tablas dinamicas, formulas de texto etc.)

Facturación. 4.0

Inglés intermedio/avanzado.
