You Are:

As an Analog Layout Design manager, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits (ICs). Working closely with the design team, you will work with team and be responsible for creating layout designs that meet performance, power, and area requirements while ensuring manufacturability and reliability.

The Opportunity:

·       Collaborate with the analog design team to understand design specifications, constraints, and objectives.

·       Translate schematic diagrams and circuit descriptions into high-quality layout designs using industry-standard layout tools. Implement layout designs for various analog and mixed-signal blocks, including memory circuits, amplifiers, filters, oscillators, voltage references, and data converters.

·       Optimize layout designs for performance, power, area, and manufacturability, while adhering to design rules and guidelines.

·       Perform layout verification tasks, including Design Rule Checking (DRC), Layout versus Schematic (LVS) checks, and parasitic extraction.

·       Work closely with the physical design team to address design and layout-related issues, optimize layout floorplans, and ensure design closure.

·       Contribute to the development and improvement of layout methodologies, techniques, and best practices.

·       Stay updated on the latest advancements in analog layout design, semiconductor technology, and EDA tools.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:

·       Bachelor's or Master's degree.

·       Extensive experience in analog and or memory layout design for integrated circuits, preferably in the semiconductor industry.

·       Proficiency in layout tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Mentor Graphics Calibre, and Synopsys IC Compiler.

·       Strong understanding of analog circuit design principles, layout techniques, and semiconductor manufacturing processes.

·       Experience with layout design for deep sub-micron CMOS technologies is highly desirable.

·       Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

·       Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts.
