Analog Test Engineer
Key Responsibilities: Create and refine test procedures for analog components such as ADCs and DACs, with a focus on initial testing, performance analysis, and troubleshooting. Develop and implement testing strategies to assess circuit performance and confirm critical specifications. Write and optimize scripts to automate testing, improve data collection, and enhance efficiency in production environments. Interpret complex datasets to assess product behavior, detect potential issues, and refine testing processes. Work closely with design and validation teams to improve test configurations and streamline debugging efforts. Utilize ATE systems and contribute to production test development when necessary. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, with 5–10 years of relevant experience, or a PhD in analog/mixed-signal design with a shorter experience requirement. Proficiency in coding (Python, C) to support automation in testing. Extensive hands-on experience with lab testing, hardware debugging, and circuit characterization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex analog systems. Experience working with lab instrumentation (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators) and data processing tools (Python, MATLAB, JMP) is highly desirable. Solid knowledge of analog test methodologies and experience with automated testing techniques. Familiarity with ATE systems and production-level testing is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, contributing to cross-functional projects.

Pay Range: $110,000 - $250,000/year
