You will assist the Corporate Controller’s Group in developing automated processes for manual tasks being performed, implementing continuous improvement opportunities and providing solutions for the challenges that arise in our ever-changing environment.
Position Responsibilities
Using UiPath and/or Power Platform Applications, you will help develop reporting, automation, and metrics to modernize business processes within the Corporate Controllers Group.Help with solution delivery through disciplined and consistent use of project management phases: requirements gathering, documentation, prioritization, tool selection, coordinate validation/testing, deployment, and stabilization.Develop and maintain a strong, proactive relationship with Corporate Controller's Group and IT teams to deliver fact-based decision making and actionable solutions.Summarize and communicate project status updates to leadership.Demonstrate ability to work independently, in a cross functional team and with various levels.Stay informed of automation industry trends and best practices.Participate in communication with individual functions, ensuring that all are fully aligned, engaged and accountable for a successful solution delivery.Prioritize multiple activities simultaneously.Participate in period-end close activities related to process automations to ensure completion and accuracy with internal business partners.Alert management of situations that may materially affect our overall financial condition.Communicate with remote team members in a 3rd party outsourcing relationship.Position Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field required3+ years relevant business experience required.Proven ability to document, streamline, and improve business processes through detailed process mapping, analysis, and documentation.At this time, we require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship either now or in the future.Number of Days in Office: 3

Compensation:
Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
