Royal Caribbean Group’s Global E-Commerce Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Analyst, BI & Data Visualization reporting to the Lead, BI & Data Visualization
 

This position will work on-site in Miami, Florida. 
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Monitor hourly & daily automated reports   Monitor error notifications & resolve automated reporting issues  Track error occurrences & report weekly   Assist with reporting communication for internal & external teams  Assist with and provide training & access to dashboards  Assist with Power BI report creation & maintenance  Assist with ad hoc dashboard requests  Assess performance of dashboards and make recommendations  Continuously improve the reporting system by analyzing current practices 

 

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

Enthusiastic self-starter with excellent communication skills  Knowledge of visualization techniques for data analysis and presentation  Understanding of Business Intelligence and Database Marketing  Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or the equivalent level of practical on-the-job experience  Experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms (Tableau/Power BI) MS office, especially Excel & Power BI  Experience with SQL preferred 
E-Commerce, Commercial and Marketing teams: Support visualization maintenance and enhancements for existing reports. Attend regular Data Science team training and workshops. Data teams: Perform data validation and assist with troubleshooting when applicable.
