Analyst, BK Mgmt

Summary:

The Analyst, BK Mgmt is responsible for managing third party relationships which includes, but is not limited to: monitoring vendor performance, ensuring vendor compliance with regulatory entities, statutory requirements, investor and insurance guidelines, and vendor adherence to contractual terms.
 

Essential Job Functions may include:

Compiles monthly scorecards for bankruptcy outsource vendors, but may include other vendor types or processes, as neededFacilities meetings with bankruptcy outsource vendors to discuss performance metrics and standardsOversight of bankruptcy outsource vendors to ensure SLA’s are met and compliance with departmental processes/policiesManage departmental reporting to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met by the bankruptcy outsource vendorsConducts on-site vendor reviews and trainingsServes as a liaison between internal business partners and bankruptcy outsource vendors Serves as a Subject Matter Expert for internal business partners and bankruptcy outsource vendorsMaintain regular and punctual attendance.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

 

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree from a Four (4) year College or University; or six (6) to eight (8) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.3-4 years’ experience at a law firm that handled foreclosure and bankruptcy matters and/or experience in default functions at a mortgage servicer

 

Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

 

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

 

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Some contact with others; including general public. Purpose of contacts is to provide explanation or interpretation of information. May handle confidential information and some complex matters.

 

Customer Service Relationships:

Requires moderate interpersonal and communication skills to ensure that customer requests or needs are met. Acknowledges and clarifies customer inquiries, requests, or complaints to ensure that needs are identified, documented and addressed.

 

Work Complexity:

Tasks are multiple and focus more on single processes. Work is sometimes standardized and sometimes varied.

 

Independent Judgment/Problem Solving:

Performs tasks and duties under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures. Work is reviewed by supervisor. Limited opportunity exists for exercising independent judgment and decision making. Refers most problems to supervisor.
