Job Description - Analyst, Brokerage/Transactions

Responsibilities:

Our Analyst works primarily in a support role on lease acquisitions, dispositions and other transaction and account management related projects. 

Prepare detailed financial analysis, including NPV and P&L cash flowsOccasionally performing complex financial analyses (e.g., headquarters, master plans, etc.) with supervisionEvaluate client building alternatives and lease options on qualitative and quantitative analysisPrepare detailed approval documents for client submissionAssist in the preparation and update of reports, presentations and analysesWork directly with clients and team members to resolve financial model, transaction and landlord issuesSchedule and attend regular conference callsReview of lease documents and write lease summaries and abstracts. Review other materials as part of the due diligence processAssist in preparing commission invoices and tracking transactions on web-based applicationDevelop an understanding of basic building systems, real estate, and lease terminologyBecome familiar with the lease negotiation process and lease issuesSchedule tours and support preparing market surveys

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in business, finance, economics or related field with a record of high academic achievement (strong GPA).Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of applicable experience LEED certification, real-estate brokerage or salespersons license desiredStrong financial, analytical, and reporting skillsAbility to analyze qualitative and quantitative informationAdvanced computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook), CoStar, Mapping Software, and the ability to master company specific database programsExceptional attention to detail and organization skillsBasic understanding of real estate and lease terminologyWell-developed verbal and written communications and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners and clientsAbility to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage time and workloadWillingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignmentsUnderstanding of and commitment to client servicesA desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment

Estimated total compensation for this position:

72,000.00 – 72,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
