Responsibilities:

Works closely with brokers to communicate thoughtful viable solutions to complex client driven requirements.Work with appropriate contact to maintain intranet/extranet sites for client and property purposes.Support the team in utilizing Outlook and other data entry and maintenance for the purposes of client relationship development.Prepare offering materials for new or existing assignments and pursuits, utilizing effective work planning capabilitiesAssist with the preparation of presentation and pitch materials for new business pursuitsManage the due diligence and closing process for complex financing transactionsGather and evaluate economic, demographic and real estate market data for input into client deliverables and valuation modelsRead and review real estate documents (i.e. leases, environmental and engineering reports, appraisals, etc.) and prepare abstract reports for clients and prospective clientsCreate sophisticated Excel-based analytical tools including macro-enabled financial modelsAssist with preparation of client deliverables and presentations which influence and provide impact for the clientProduce market surveys, lease abstracts and packages if neededOrganize historical client contact/activityPoint of contact for tracking, management, reportingPerform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Real Estate with excellent academic credentialsEntry level to 3 years of work experience in Commercial Real EstateReal Estate License preferredAbility to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverablesStrong computer orientation and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word software is requiredAbility to perform complex financial analyses, including cash flow projections with complex lease and financing structures, and sensitivity analyses, a plus.Ability to read and review real estate documents (i.e. leases, environmental and engineering reports, appraisals, etc.) and prepare abstract reports for clients and prospective clients, a plus.Self-motivating individual who is detail-oriented, has strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team under deadlinesAbility to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workloadExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environmentKnowledge of appropriate software – e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

70,000.00 – 70,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
