Job Overview:Business Unit Compensation Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the design, implementation, and analysis of incentive compensation programs. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to ensure that compensation strategies align with business objectives and drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:Support Business Unit (BU) Manager in development and thorough analysis of incentive compensation data to evaluate program effectiveness and provide insights.Cycle Planning:Support the development and execution of semi-annual annual compensation cycle processes, including goal setting and quota management, to ensure accurate compensation calculations and alignment across teams.Reporting:Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation regarding incentive compensation programs and their outcomes for senior management review.Project Management: Supports business-focused initiatives, projects and operationsCommunication:Support the development and deliver effective communication materials related to incentive compensation programs, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.Benchmarking: Conduct market research to benchmark compensation programs against industry standards to ensure competitiveness and effectiveness.Collaboration: Partners closely with compensation system and administration analyst teams to ensure accurate system programming and delivery of compensation for assigned business units.Compliance: Support adherence to internal policies and external regulations related to compensation structures and disclosures.Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities for program enhancements based on analysis and feedback from stakeholders.Respond to Inquiries:Act as the primary point of contact for field representatives and managers regarding incentive compensation-related questions, providing clear and concise information.

Qualifications

Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required.

Skills and Experience:

2 years of experience in compensation analysis or related field highly preferred.Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with experience in statistical modeling and financial analysis preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; experience with compensation software or tools is a plus.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to various audiences.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work in a cross functional environment and collaborate with teams is required.

Other Requirements:

This position will be located in West Chester, PA or Raynham, MA and will be required to work in-office 3 days per weekThis position may require up to 10% domestic travel

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $63,000 to $102,350. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar yearWork, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
