We are looking for a recent graduate to join our Group Corporate Affairs team as a Group Corporate Affairs Analyst. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to support both our Group Communications and Investor Relations teams. About the role

 

The Group Corporate Affairs Analyst role supports the Investor Relations and Group Communications teams in delivering key activities and content that keep all our stakeholders informed about our progress.

 

The role is part of the Global Corporate Affairs team and has a dual reporting structure to the Group Communications Manager and Investor Relations Manager.

The role is based in London, UK.

 

Responsibilities

 

Investor Relations – 50%

Assist IR team in investor targeting through roadshow and conference coordination and planning. Support in project managing the annual report. Assist in logistics and development of materials for investor events, including presentations, annual/interim reports, capital markets days and other external communications. Liaise with business segments to prepare for new product approvals and launches, collecting key data to support announcements, key messages and Q&A. Maintain the client relationship management (CRM) systems. Prepare briefing notes ahead of investor meetings. Monitor market commentary and analyst research to provide insight on market’s perception of Hikma. Ensure sell-side consensus is kept up to date. Help keep the IR section of the website up to date.

 

 

Group Communications – 50%

Create/co-produce engaging social media/digital content for website and intranet. Responsible for managing our day-to-day channels, website, social media and the intranet - from news flow updates, reporting, campaigns and events. Support in the content curation/look and feel of our channels, aligned with our tone of voice and brand identity. Drive our analytical capability and measurement reporting to demonstrate the effectiveness of our content and assets to ensure continuous improvement of our engagement with our key audiences such as financial community, employees / talents and others. Provide insights on key digital trends to ensure we maximise our content for optimal reach. Liaise with the Web agency to ensure all content requirements are met. Support Communications team to identify opportunities to improve internal communications channels and processes to engage our employees (online & offline). Collaborate with the Corporate Affairs team and other business functions to ensure content consistency and channel management.

 

Requirements

Degree. Proven writing skills in English. Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 platforms, design software and CMS. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Interest in company and financial. UK eligibility to live and work. London based.
