The Analyst – Policy and Compliance reports to the Manager Qualitative Risk and Compliance. The Analyst – Policy and Compliance plays a key role in ensuring the organization's energy procurement risk management policies, and strategies are in compliance with applicable state/federal regulations, and strategic imperatives of the organization. This position will be instrumental for driving the company’s qualitative energy procurement risk management framework forward inline with best practice.
This role provides a direct support for communication with internal/external auditors and compliance with their requests and deadlines. This role will work closely with the other members of Risk Management team to ensure the timeliness and quality of their responses to audits and compliance requirements such as SOX, Dodd-Frank and EMIR. This role will be also responsible for transaction confirmations, contracts and indices reporting processes.
What You'll Need
Experience with auditing processes Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics required, MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Busines Analytics preferred Minimum of 3 years of compliance work experience Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office

$91,000-$107,000
