About the team + roleWe’re looking for a Finance & Strategy Analyst who will help us grow as part of an extraordinary Corporate Finance function. You’ll play a critical part in facilitating corporate-level decision-making at Robinhood, guide company-wide financial planning, and scale new and existing processes.

What you’ll do Playing a key role in our recurring FP&A processes, including forecasting, monthly analyses, budgeting, financial system oversight, and management reporting Synthesizing / distilling key financial and business insights for leadership - analyzing results, business KPIs, assessing risk, and communicating timely risks & opportunities. Developing and executing on company-wide annual planning processes, financial forecasts, and ongoing analysis of variances. Identifying and implementing process improvements and cost efficiency measures across the company Being a thought leader to improve and simplify processes, drive standardization, and build scalable solutions to support the next wave of Robinhood’s growth. Designing and building the financial infrastructure to automate and support our business and operations What you bring A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis roles (corporate or business-facing), or industry experience in investment banking, private equity, equity research, or strategic finance is preferred Ability to work horizontally and vertically in an organization with peers as well as senior leaders Strong verbal and written communication skills, logical reasoning, and the presentation of potential solutions Excellent analytical skills and the business judgment to balance the details while not losing sight of the big picture, and an ability to determine the “why” behind the numbers Excellent proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and interest in developing sophisticated querying / modeling skills Proven track record to managing priorities simultaneously and driving projects Experience in applying financial systems for data input and reporting, and the ability to build and maintain relevant reporting hierarchies for use within the system A positive attitude; you are creative, a hard worker, curious, and maintain a can-do approach Familiarity with analytical tools (SQL, Looker) and financial reporting software (Oracle, Anaplan) What we offer Market competitive and pay equity-focused compensation structure 100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependents Annual lifestyle wallet for personal wellness, learning and development, and more! Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
