Key Responsibilities:

Conduct a comprehensive analysis of Indonesian Banking sector together with Indonesian economy.Evaluate and analyze financial performance of the Bank. Based on the evaluation and the analysis, determine the strategy to improve financial performance and achieve specified annual targets.Conduct preliminary data analysis to identify patterns and trends and contribute towards more in-depth analysis by leveraging information from various sources.Closely analyze recent macroeconomic condition (both global and Indonesia)Support in preparation regulatory reporting materials such as Business Plan (RBB), Business Plan Realization and Banking Surveys, etc.Develop and implement databases, data collection and data analytic to support financial performance analysis.Maintain good working knowledge of financial industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations. Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines.Provide planning / administrative assistance to department on a regular and/or ad-hoc basis where necessary.Produce ad hoc, weekly, and monthly research report as the research output (weekly or monthly market review).Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support any departmental project or initiatives implementation.

Requirements:

3-5 years working experience in banking industry or financial institutionsProficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel Macro) and data processing techniquesProficient in making dashboard using excel and/or using data visualization tools such as TableauGood analytical skills to interpret large and complex data sets and ability to identify implications of data sets.Keen attention to detail when performing data analysis and data records.Good knowledge of industries and economic environment in the region.Good understanding of Banking products and their risks.Team player and ability to work independently.
