The Customer Compliance Analyst will process high volumes of transactions to include reconciling items from potential disparate items of the company’s financial interest. As a part of our team, you will perform root cause analysis, implement collection management processes, and monitor vendor violation claims and shortages.
Requirements
Perform root cause analysis on vendor violation claims to identify issues and help drive resolution Research and validate vendor violation claims Help investigate and resolve all customer claims related to vendor violations Handles customer dispute process in customers’ systems for invalid claim, complete all necessary requirements to ensure pre-notification customers notifications are tracked, traced and disputed if applicable Maintain performance objectives and measurements established by supervisor
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred 1-3 year’s experience in Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance/Accounting Ability to work independently with little supervision Ability to communicate with Compliance Team, Customer Service and Accounts Receivable Teams Computer skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook and SAP
