Are you a technical pro with an eye for design, the ability to craft compelling emails, and possess strong reporting and analysis skills? The Analyst, Digital Communications role may be the perfect job for you! HBSE’s digital marketing leverages core communication and audience management tools to develop targeted campaigns and customer lifecycle initiatives that drive ticket sales and grow fan engagement. We support the Philadelphia 76ers, New Jersey Devils, and Prudential Center along with other HBSE Family properties. As the Analyst, you focus on email automation and the customer lifecycle for the Digital Marketing Team. The Analyst will manage the technical setup and execution for various Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) features like Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey builder and Audience Builder. You will also partner closely with CRM on database list management and with Sales, Marketing and Creative in support of ticket sales, engagement, and lead acquisition goals. Join our Digital Marketing Team and you’ll be helping to raise the bar for email marketing in the sports and entertainment industry. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: + Provide technical customer lifecycle and audience segmentation support across digital channels ensuring that email, paid media, and digital products are communicating with and targeting the best audience segments with appropriate and consistent messaging across touchpoints. + Support the Sr. Manager in developing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud technical strategy and execution plan for 76ers, Devils and Pru Center email campaigns + Lead the Email team in setting up, executing and troubleshooting SFMC technical needs and standing up new initiatives including journey building and campaign automation + Lead the Digital Marketing team efforts in building and managing audiences within GrowthLoop (audience segmentation tool), developing new audiences, and ensuring data integration within Salesforce Marketing Cloud + Support ongoing development and management of Email Preference Centers (all brands), including development, reporting and upkeep. + Actively manage the SFMC Contact database, analyze and report increases/decreases. + Assist in reporting and maintaining email deliverability within the major ESPs and maintain compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and others. + Build and provide automated reports to help provide additional insights to the team to increase email metrics and revenue. QUALIFICATIONS: + 3+ years of relevant Email marketing or CRM experience required + Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience + Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and various marketing cloud features like Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey builder and Audience Builder. + Experience with audience segmentation tools and dynamic content tools integrated with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. + Experience building email templates designed and optimized for mobile. + CRM, data management, reporting and analytics experience + Passion for staying up-to-date with Email marketing trends and best practices + Excellent communications skills; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely + Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure WORKING CONDITIONS: + Travel Requirements: May be required to travel on occasion (<25% travel) + Work Environment: This position is based in our Camden, NJ office. + Recognize the sports and entertainment industry requires flexibility in working extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
