 What You’ll Be Doing

As an Analyst, Digital Strategy (Co-op), you are accountable for supporting the development of digital solutions to enable digital acquisition, onboarding and conversion through CIBC’s Online & Mobile Banking platforms. This is an internal strategy consulting role. You're passionate about the intersection of business, design and technology and strive to make banking at CIBC a leading digital experience for our clients.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role.  You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-2 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote. 

 

Key responsibilities include:

·        Market Research: Proactively scan the market to identify and assess new and emerging digital capabilities and CIBC Digital’s competitive standing.

·        Development of Communication Materials: Provide and update materials for stakeholder presentations, summaries of competitive intelligence and KPI tracking.

·        Support Roadmap Development: Help develop business cases, quantify financial impact of projects, and assist with project prioritization.

·        Cross-Functional Collaboration: Create strong relationships across Strategy, Innovation, Product Delivery, and other lines of businesses to provide functional insights for strategic projects.

Important Information

·        Duration of term: Summer 2025 (May 2025 – September 2025).

·        You must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies to be eligible. However, you do not need to be in a registered Co-op program to be considered for this role.

·        You are a university student currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.

·        You have a strong knowledge of MS Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word.

·        You must be legally eligible to work within Canada.
