Our team supports the financial performance of 400+ locations in the Northeast US. This role will act as a key member of the Group Finance Team as we help our operating partners achieve their financial performance goalsSupport the Group Finance Team in areas of financial modeling, expense management, financial statement and variance analysis, process improvement, and project managementPrepare monthly financial performance results on a monthly basis and deliver findings to Finance and Operations teamAssist developing financial models for new and/or expanding facilitiesDevelop presentations and accompanying support for Senior Leaders Identify financial performance outliers and partner with operations team to develop action plansBe a key contributor on special projects/new initiativesSupport team with completion of ad-hoc analysis requests; other duties as assigned.
