Job Description Summary:

The Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for supporting the FP&A objectives of Option Care Health and delivering timely and accurate financial information while supporting established financial policies. This role will be a key contributor to the enterprise FP&A team supporting corporate functions and will gain broad exposure to all aspects of the company. The ideal candidate for this position will be a self-starter with a strong financial background, an eye for process improvement, excellent communication skills, and will exhibit persistent intellectual curiosity for business operations.

Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)

​Develop, prepare, maintain, analyze, and distribute financial reports & analyses used in making critical financial business decisions.Create financial models and ad hoc analyses to increase understanding of business performance and inform corporate decision making.Perform ad hoc analyses for internal management team.Create, maintain, analyze and manage distribution of reporting tools to track financial metrics & KPIs. Ensures the timely delivery and insight of key project performance indicators to Senior LeadershipSupports the development, execution, and completion of a portfolio of cross-functional projects. Collaborates closely with business leaders to analyze key financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows). Plays an integral role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, providing insights and recommendations to business leaders for informed decision making.

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years’ experience in an analytical role in finance, accounting, or business Management.At least 3 years’ experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve issues and problems.At least 3 years’ experience in applying analytics principles (Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Business Management, Economics or Finance).At least 2 years’ experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).

Basic Qualifications

Possess knowledge of project management techniques and tools and experience working in cross functional, team oriented, and collaborative environment with the ability to prioritize work and successfully meet tight deadlinesDemonstrated strong finance and accounting skills, including an aptitude for financial modelingSelf-starter with strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities. Detail-orientedExcellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a high level of personal motivation to achieveExperience presenting to and interacting with C-level executives of organizations is preferredProficient with MS Office Suite including MS Project (Excel, Power point & Word)

Physical Demand Requirements

Ability to work on a personal or laptop computer for extended periods of time.

Travel Requirements: (if required)

Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state).

Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs)

Master’s Degree or MBA

Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below:

Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Pay Range is $61,163.18-$101,960.70
