Job Description Summary
This role will perform a variety of financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, building financial models, assisting with financial planning, performing research and analysis, preparing reports, and assisting with close processesKey Responsibilities:Performing duties during month-end financial close processesAnalyzing and reporting current and past financial dataMeasuring and tracking financial performance against plan and key metricsLooking at current financial performance and identifying trendsPreparing reports on the above information and communicating the insights of these reports to the stakeholdersHelping senior management make tactical and strategic decisions by providing and communicating periodic reportsPartnering with the management team to develop and achieve the organization’s financial goalsSuggesting budgets and forecasts and process improvementsExploring cost opportunities and work with various departments to drive cost efficiencyDeveloping financial models and providing financial forecastsDeveloping initiatives and policies that may improve financial growthPerforming ad-hoc analyses as needed
