The Analyst is responsible for supporting analysis, market support and program initiatives within DaVita IKC and providing project management support to the Organization. This position will work on Programs in a rapidly growing strategic business unit by collaborating with a cross-functional team of clinical, operating, and business leaders of DaVita IKC, and DaVita more broadly. This position plays a key role as a thought partner, internal consultant, and project executor, evolving innovative models of care for kidney patients.
Responsibilities:
Manages and drives program success in specified markets
Develops and communicates in depth analysis to varied audiences
Supports in creating, implementing, and driving adoption of processes and solutions to support program stability
Successfully manages relationships with leaders and clinical teammates at all levels, and influences diverse group of stakeholders through effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
Communicates project status updates in a meaningful way; prepares, reports, and manages against targets/goals including scope, schedule, and metrics
Uses continuous improvement tools to structure and incubate improvement opportunities in the value-based care space
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Proficiency in MS Suite Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
Prior experience in healthcare services and/or work in integrated or value-based care preferred
Location/Travel: Position is Hybrid with 25% travel expectation. Remote is possible for the right candidate

Salary/ Wage Range
$55,000.00 - $75,500.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
