About the Role
This role will support the development and coordination of training programs, manage HRDC grants and claims, and contribute to fostering a learning culture within AIA ITM.Understand Internal Customer Requirements: Collaborate with HR Business Partners and functional leads to analyze training needs and enhance the HR training catalogue.Stay Current with L&D Trends: Keep abreast of new learning and development trends to provide innovative solutions and advice to AIA ITM.Develop and Coordinate Training Programs: Assist in the development and coordination of various initiatives and training programs to upskill employees and leaders.Serve as L&D Point of Contact: Act as the main point of contact for L&D-related queries and support within AIA ITM.Act as a Change Agent: Promote a strong learning culture and introduce new learning trends and methodologies.Track Training Metrics: Regularly monitor training usage and effectiveness metrics, making recommendations for continuous improvement.Prepare and Deploy Training Programs: Independently prepare, coordinate, and deploy internal training programs, suggesting ideas for continuous improvement.Promote HR Training Catalogue: Write articles and posts to promote the HR training catalogue and foster a learning culture.Lead Improvement Initiatives: Lead initiatives to improve AIA ITM communications, processes, and deliverables.Manage Training Logistics: Efficiently manage virtual and physical training logistics, including quotations, purchase requests, room bookings, feedback surveys, etc.Administer HRDC Grants and Claims: Handle the administration of HRDC grants and claims, ensuring compliance with guidelines and timely submission.L&D System Support: Perform learning content uploads, create reports/analytics, and provide general administrative support as an L&D system subject matter expert.Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.
