What you'll do:
Support audits and ensure Loblaw’s methodologies / integrity is maintained at all times
Perform data collection to support development and maintenance of Labour Standards
Resolve any post-audit issues in a timely manner, and communicating the results to all required parties.
Support the creation of Labour Standards methodologies and implementations
Develop new elements using MOST analysis and/or stopwatch studies
Analyze Labour Standards trends and improvement impacts
Continuous Improvement identification while on-site in Loblaw’s distribution Network
Perform system updates as required
Support business ad-hoc projects as needed
Commitment to promoting a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging
What you bring:
Post-Secondary education in Industrial Engineering/Logistics or related field
Experience in a related field, preferably within a Supply Chain environment
Experience with Engineered Labour Standards (data collection, standards development, documentation) is considered an asset
Knowledge of VBA and or Microsoft Access competency required
Manhattan knowledge/experience preferred
MOST certification/understanding is an asset
SQL knowledge is an asset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to partner with all levels of management and unionized colleagues and be able to communicate detailed/technical topics to non-technical audiences
Flexibility to travel across Canada as required (Approx. 60-95%) and work a flexible schedule that may require working on weekends, afternoons and evenings.
