Summary:
The Sr. Analyst, Information Security will be responsible for administering user accounts and access privileges in the organization’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. This individual will collaborate closely with business units to ensure that the correct individuals have appropriate access to resources. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving IAM issues, participating in IAM-related projects and audits, and ensuring compliance with access control policies.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Administer user accounts and manage access privileges within the identity management system.Collaborate with business units, internal customers, business analysts, and application teams to gather access requirements and ensure compliance with policies.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Identity and Access Management (IAM).Participate in IAM projects and initiatives to improve processes and system functionality.Create and manage user groups within the identity and access management system.Enforce company policies and procedures related to identity and access management.Monitor user activity and manage access rights in line with company policies.Review and audit access control reports, identifying potential risks and compliance issues.Provide training and guidance to new users on using the IAM system effectively.Document IAM processes and procedures, ensuring they are kept up to date.Prepare reports on IAM system activity and present findings to stakeholders.Identify and address any identity and access management-related risks or problems in collaboration with the IAM team.Stay current on IAM best practices, tools, and technology developments.Comply with all company policies and procedures.Maintain regular and punctual attendance.Other Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Proven experience with IAM systems and concepts, with a solid understanding of best practices.Proficiency in IAM software, particularly Microsoft Active Directory.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.Familiarity with database concepts and relational databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently, manage projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.Ability to work remotely and collaborate with distributed teams.Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.5+ years experience as a security analyst or similar role.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
